Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop front-of-house and management teams
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Manage labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Maintain strong communication between departments
- Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals
- Maintain Little Hen culture and hospitality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume hospitality
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing labor, COGS, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
