Responsibilities

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for a full-time permanent position in our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Development and achievement of store business goals in 5 key result areas:
  • Food, Service, Cleanliness standards target achievement
  • Sales target achievement
  • Profit target achievement
  • People leadership and management: learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining, and maintaining high morale and engagement of the store team
  • Store Operations Administration: adherence to operating systems and standards, compliance with legal requirements, financial analysis, business planning, and reporting

Requirements

• Completed at least High School education
• At least 3 years of solid experience as a Restaurant Manager in Quick-Service/Fast Food restaurants, responsible for the 5 key result areas specified above
• Full knowledge of P&L/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation
• High energy level; ability to work varying schedules, including holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner, and adaptable
• Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
