About the role
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our McDonald’s team. Ideal candidates should have prior experience managing high-volume locations or in hospitality/hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations.
- A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review.
- Must be 18 years or older.
