Responsibilities

• Maintain Golden Corral operational standards in the restaurant
• Ensure optimal financial results and guest service
• Train and empower the restaurant management and co-workers

Requirements

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants
• Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program

Qualifications

• Hours of work: Approximately 55-58 hours per week
• Physical requirements: Standing and walking for 2-5 hours without a break, bending, reaching overhead, occasional lifting and carrying (10-25 lbs), moderate to heavy tasks, and working with cooking equipment
• Work environment: Heavy customer contact, slippery walking surfaces, and potential for relocating to different locations
