What You’ll Own
- Shoperations Excellence
- Execute Cheba Hut systems, tools, and procedures at an elite level
- Oversee smooth, consistent daily restaurant operations
- Manage labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs
- Ensure payroll, documentation, and operational processes are timely and accurate
- Deliver a consistently memorable, above-and-beyond guest experience
- Stay visible on the floor — engage guests and build regulars
- Balance operational discipline with authentic brand energy
- Reinforce a customer-first mindset across the team
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing crew members
- Maintain a leadership team of up to four managers
- Facilitate quarterly development meetings and bi-annual evaluations
- Provide real-time coaching and shoulder-to-shoulder feedback
- Align your team around a clear and shared vision
Requirements
- 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant systems and operations
- Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts
- Analytical enough to manage numbers, confident enough to lead people
- Valid Driver’s License
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
