Restaurant General Manager - Ann Arbor

About the role

Mainstreet Ventures operates unique fine-dining restaurants featuring seafood, steak, Italian, and American cuisines. Each location prepares food from scratch in an all-scratch kitchen, with head chefs focusing on seasonal and local produce to deliver creative, high-quality dining experiences. As Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all restaurant managers, back-of-house/kitchen teams, and front-of-house/service teams, with full P&L and leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining environment
• Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
• Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
• Strong broiler skills required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Polished professionalism with a willingness to learn and adopt company standards
