Essential Functions

• Make sure orders get from the kitchen to the guests quickly and accurately, so they enjoy their meals at the perfect moment
• Double-check each plate to ensure it looks great and matches the order exactly before it leaves the kitchen
• Serve food to guests with a friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and well taken care of
• Keep the expo station clean and tidy, helping everything run smoothly, even during busy times
• Work closely with the kitchen and servers, keeping everyone on the same page to ensure guests have a great dining experience
• Lend a hand by being ready to answer questions about the menu or help with special requests, always aiming to make guests feel at home

Qualification Standards

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to use technology, e.g. tablets

Physical Demands

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk and bend
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly
