Restaurant District Manager (South Jordan (The District))

About the role

As a District Manager, you will work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area, spending 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback for the leadership team. You will support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost, cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude, and build a bench of future leaders. Additionally, you will collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team
• Support assigned restaurant leaders in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants

Requirements

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Available to work a five-day set schedule
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems
• Values teamwork and collaboration
