About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in your assigned area. This role involves working closely with restaurant leaders, supporting their efforts to meet sales, labor, and food cost targets, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback to the leadership team
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in achieving their targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders through mentorship
- Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Work with Talent Mentors to manage staffing needs
- Be a positive influence and role model for the team
- Adapt to new processes and systems as needed
Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven personality
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service operations and management
