Overview
As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Makes pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
- Prepares, cooks, and packages guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
- Fulfills food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD operations resources and training.
- Uses tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
- Shows up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
- Demonstrates the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
- Follows instructions and welcomes coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
- Shares your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
- Takes care of your guests and gets to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
- Maintains a mindset of serving others and ensures quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
- Works closely and has fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following:
- Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
- Able to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
- Show a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
- You are at least 16 years old.
- Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old. Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.

Compensation
$14.76/hour when combining hourly wage of $11.25 and average tips of $3.51/hour earned at this location!
