About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cashiering, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The hourly rate or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
