The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment where they can be part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great but not required.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
While cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great, it is not required. Applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some positions may require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Pay
The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
