About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional items for sale.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great, but not required.
• A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• The ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• The ability to handle cash and suggest additional items for sale.
• The ability to maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of health codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay

The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
