The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Applicants should be prepared to provide exceptional customer service, manage cash transactions, and maintain a clean, safe store.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous food service to guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Exhibit excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is a plus, but not required.
• A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
• A desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for certain positions).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. The actual rate may vary based on experience and qualifications.
