About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven offers an exciting fast-paced work environment where you will be part of a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store
• Prepare, present, and maintain freshness of foodservice products
• Maintain health code guidelines
• Handle cash accurately and suggest additional products
• Multi-task and perform physical tasks as needed
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote loyalty rewards program

Requirements

• Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to handle cash effectively
• Ability to prepare and present food items
• Knowledge of health codes
• Strong multitasking skills
• Physical ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required
• A desire to promote the 7-Eleven brand and its loyalty rewards program
