Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional sales.
• Promote the company's loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.

Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.

Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.

A desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.

The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

Pay

The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
