Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to meet customer needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
- Follow proper health code guidelines and maintain product freshness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and suggest additional products.
- Multi-task and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and reaching.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- A desire to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Ability to prepare, present, and serve food items correctly.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Excellent cash handling and sales skills.
- Desire to represent the brand positively and promote loyalty programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Qualifications
- Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth within the company.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of the business.
Skills
