About the role
The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven is an entry-level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Take and process payments using cash registers and other payment methods.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment.
- Prepare, present, and serve food items according to health code guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to financial policies.
- Perform tasks such as stocking shelves, restocking supplies, and cleaning the store.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
