About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position offers an exciting fast-paced work environment where you will be part of a team. Responsibilities include providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional items for sale.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great, but not required.
• A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
• An ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• An ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• An excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
• A desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

$12.50 - $16.75 per hour
