About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven, Inc. offers an exciting fast-paced work environment where you will be part of a team and responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. This is an entry-level opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

No prior cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is required. Must be able to pass a background check.

• A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
• The ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• The ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• An excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
• A desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$15.00 - $20.10 per hour
