About the Role
The Restaurant Associate is an entry-level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great but not required. As a valued team member, you’ll witness firsthand why we have the best customers and employees around.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote our loyalty rewards program.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
