The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment where they can provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
While not required, cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial. Must be able to pass a background check.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
