About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment where they can be part of a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

While cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial, it is not required. Applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for some positions.

Skills

A desire to exceed customer expectations, commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, ability to prepare and present food items correctly, adherence to health codes, proficiency in cash handling and suggestive selling, and the ability to multitask and handle physical demands are essential skills for this role.
