The Restaurant Team Member role at 7-Eleven is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Follow proper health code guidelines and ensure the freshness of all foodservice products.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company's loyalty rewards program.

Requirements

• A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Ability to prepare, present, and freshen foodservice products.
• Strong cash handling and suggestive selling skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
