About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position offers an exciting fast-paced work environment where you will be part of a team. Responsibilities include providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications

Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit. Ability to handle cash and suggest additional products effectively. Multi-tasking skills, ability to bend, stand, and reach, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
