About the role
The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven, Inc. offers an exciting fast-paced work environment where you will be part of a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Ease cash handling and suggest additional items to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
Desired skills include a desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations, commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment, ability to prepare and present food products, adherence to health codes, cash handling expertise, and the ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.

Pay
$13.00 - $17.42 per hour. The actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
