About the role
The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Cashier, customer service, retail sales or foodservice experience is great, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
