About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment where they can be part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great, but not required.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

While cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great, it is not required. A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit, commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment, ability to prepare and present food items properly, and the ability to handle cash and suggest additional products are essential.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Training will be provided.

Skills

Attention to detail, multitasking, and customer service skills are crucial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important.

Pay

The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
