About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check.

• Attention to detail.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and reaching.

Pay

The hourly rate or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of posting. The actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, and performance.
