Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Follow proper health code guidelines and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Perform cash handling and suggestive selling techniques effectively.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.

Requirements

• A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• Able to handle repetitive tasks and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of health codes and food safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
