The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves serving as part of a team, handling cashier duties, and ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-ready store.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.

- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
- Ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.

Pay
The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
