About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven, Inc. is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment where they can be part of a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications

Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit. Strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment. Ability to prepare, present, and freshen foodservice products. Knowledge of health codes and proper food handling procedures. Excellent cash handling and suggestive selling skills. Desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program. Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

$12.00 - $16.08 per hour
