About the role
As a Restaurant Team Member (Restaurant Associate), you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. This is an entry-level opportunity where you’ll work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, delivering exceptional customer service. While cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial, it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and use suggestive selling techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote our loyalty rewards program.
- Perform multi-tasking, repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
