About the role

The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those who enjoy a fast-paced work environment and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional items to purchase.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote our loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is great, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
