Responsibilities
- Foster a fun environment.
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events.
- Maintain compliance with ACES Service Program guidelines.
- Monitor and manage guest alcohol consumption.
- Promote gaming events and promotions.
- Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and pour drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
- Slice fruit as required.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked workstation or section.
- Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
- Work all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Make drinks for servers and serve tables.
- Clear tables, expedite food, and run food as directed.
- Side-work as needed under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Manager.
- Work special events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Understanding of drink mixology and recipes.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests.
- Qualify for licensing by the Ohio Lottery Commission.
- Able to work as a team and maintain a guest-first attitude.
- Able to tolerate a high-stimulus environment.
- Able to work at a very fast pace.
- Pass a background check.
- Open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
