Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and mentor staff members
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain company standards
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in a casual dining environment)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized with a keen eye for detail
- At least 21 years old with a valid TAPS card
