About the role

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader when the General Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t on deck. You’ll guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts while keeping the vibes high and the guest experience exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team during shifts
• Support training and coaching to build up your crew
• Manage inventory, cash, and daily operations
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, or prep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly running restaurant

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (a major plus)
• Natural leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to stay cool under pressure
• Flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for delivering great food and great vibes
