  • Oversee local store merchandising
  • Be a great community partner
  • Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction
• Technology Department:
  • Keep all equipment in working order
  • Oversee a team for troubleshooting technology issues in the day-to-day operating environment
• People Department:
  • Oversee our most important asset—people
  • In charge of hiring, orientation, and training processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast-food industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
