About the role
The Assistant Manager position at Fazoli’s is a pivotal role within the management team, focusing on ensuring the restaurant's success through leadership, integrity, business acumen, and a competitive spirit.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management team and crew to ensure the restaurant's success
- Embark on a career in general management, performing various management functions such as inventory management, scheduling, cash reconciliation, etc.
- Lead by example and treat all team members with dignity and respect
- Execute Fazoli’s policies and systems to represent the brand to the highest standards of excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance
- Transfer and assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- 12+ months restaurant management experience required (casual dining/fast casual experience preferred)
- 6+ months experience as a successful Fazoli’s Associate Trainer (for internal candidates)
- Open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operations
Qualifications
- Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operations
- Must have the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise
