About the role
Level99 is searching for a dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) to play an integral part of our Food & Beverage leadership team! In this role, you will champion top-notch guest experiences, mentor team members, and have the primary responsibility of managing the beverage program. You will collaborate closely with Culinary, Event Sales, and Entertainment to ensure seamless daily operations. We are looking for an engaging, hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, sets a strong example, and drives team success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage total beverage program: inventory, smallwares, ordering, and training; schedule, train, and develop servers and support staff aligned with Level99 core values; oversee end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and budgets to interviewing and onboarding; collaborate closely with and support the entertainment team; maintain full knowledge of Brew Hall and Taproom menus; drive operational execution, shift routines, and facility maintenance.
- Hospitality: Engage guests and cultivate regulars; handle tough conversations with grace, maturity, and decisive leadership; take proactive initiative to drive progress; ensure overall guest safety, addressing entertainment risks and upholding food safety standards.
- Financial: Ensure ongoing compliance with laws, insurance, landlord rules, and company policies; maintain labor and controllable costs within company guidelines; handle daily cash management, reconciliations, and audits; order inventory and paper products; perform other assigned duties.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Restaurant or Event Operations Manager or equivalent in a high-volume entertainment and/or food & beverage business

- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency response
- Onsite 5 days/week averaging 9 hours/day, with seasonal increases
- Work 9+ hour shifts; stand, sit, squat, walk, and use stairs for extended periods; grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
Other Desirable (but Not Necessary) Skills & Experience
- Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree, preferred but not required
- ServSafe, Allergen and ChokeSaver Certifications
