Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily leadership of a high-end, full-service restaurant with a focus on exceptional guest service
• Partner with the General Manager to drive service standards, team performance, and operational excellence
• Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure consistency, professionalism, and hospitality at every touchpoint
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to execute seamless service, menu rollouts, and special events
• Oversee floor operations, guest relations, reservations, and VIP service delivery
• Aid with scheduling, labor management, inventory oversight, and financial performance
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or luxury hotel restaurant environments
• Strong understanding of service choreography, wine knowledge, and elevated guest engagement
• Skilled in coaching, team development, and maintaining a polished, professional presence
