Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager to lead and inspire a team that provides exceptional hospitality experiences in the communities they serve. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable dining environment
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Train and motivate staff to achieve high standards of service and quality
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance to optimize profitability
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
