Restaurant Assistant General Manager

About the role

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager to lead their team and enhance the dining experience in the communities they serve. The ideal candidate will embody hospitality, foster a positive work environment, and develop their leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness
• Manage staff effectively to meet sales targets and guest satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and guest loyalty
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other managers to maintain consistent brand identity across all locations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or similar field
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
