About the role

Responsible for repairing and maintaining various restaurant appliances to ensure optimal functionality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with kitchen appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding appliance status and maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
• Knowledge of common kitchen appliances and their functions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
