Restaurant and Operations Manager

About the role

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment environment.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Able to handle high-volume days while walking five miles per shift and working an average of 50-hour work weeks

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
• Interact with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
• Live and lead others to live our core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results

Pay

Salary range: $49,226 – $57,914
