About the role

Join a winning team at Primanti Bros., an iconic Pittsburgh-based brand known for its boldness and attitude. We're looking for a Restaurant Maintenance Specialist who will ensure our guests have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Mops floors, cleans mop heads, and disinfects changing tables.
• Cleans and dusts fixtures, ceiling vents, stall doors, trash cans, and lines.
• Scrubs baseboards, polishes mirrors, and cleans stainless steel surfaces.
• Moves tables and booths, sweeps, decks, brushes floors, and uses proper procedures for chemicals.
• Cleans under beverage stations, washes bar mats, high-dusts, and windexes reachable windows and blinds.
• (If applicable) Sweeps, decks, and mops kitchen floors, scrubs FRP and walls, cleans ceiling tiles and vents.
• Cleans exterior decks, power washs dumpster pads, picks up trash, and removes cigarette butts and gum.
• Pulls weeds in landscaping and maintains sidewalks and parking lots from ice and snow as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested by the coach.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read English.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.

Skills

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. during the shift.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Works indoors 75% and outdoors 25%.
• Works frequently in hot and damp environments.
• Frequently immerses hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.
