Response Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests.
• Screen people upon exiting.
• Provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• Provide appropriate badges at the facility.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Work with electronics.
• Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Be certified in the areas of CPR/AED or obtain within 2 weeks.

Qualifications

• Can stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent military/law enforcement experience.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• High School Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• Obtain within 2 weeks a certification in CPR/AED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• A U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.

Schedule

Set schedule: PT/FT Schedules.
Shift 1: Grave: 10pm to 6am: Thursday to Sunday.
Shift 2: PT Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Saturday & Sunday.
Shift 3: PT Day: 6am to 2pm: Saturday & Sunday.
Competitive hourly wage of $17.70 / hour (DailyPay) is available for GardaWorld employees!
