Responsibilities

• Ensure and manage the operation, maintenance, and technical support of the central AKIS application, and keep the online help up to date
• Handle internal and external customer communication regarding the application, primarily in German
• Manage incidents and provide 1st and 2nd level support, analyze disruptions, and implement sustainable solutions
• Assist users with questions or requests related to office software, primarily in German
• Address technical requirements, develop applications, design solutions, and communicate them to software providers; share expertise within projects
• Participate in drafting specifications, testing, and deploying new application versions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical education with proven expertise
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL (queries and database administration) or practical experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Experience in managing and maintaining software applications (AKIS is a plus)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, synthesis skills, and strong advisory and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in M365 and Power Platform, with a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and AI
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, stress resilience, independence, and a solution-oriented approach
• Ideally, knowledge or practical experience in DevOps or information security
• Good active command of two official Swiss languages
