Responsibilities

• Form relationships with clients, utilizing shared interests to promote and facilitate community engagement and integration.
• Perform lifting and other one‑on‑one functions for specific clients.
• Provide direct care work that involves skill‑building services.
• Supervise individuals to ensure safety while allowing primary caregivers time away from day‑to‑day care.

Requirements

• Ability to advocate for the needs of others.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to teach life skills and document daily progress.
• Flexibility to attend treatment meetings.
• Completion of mandatory agency trainings.
• Meet electronic (computer) and real‑time technological reporting requirements.

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time, 20 hours per week
