A Part-Time position within Franklin County that provides short term temporary relief to the caregiver of eligible clients by mentoring youth and modeling skills that will help them successfully minimize the negative impact of behavioral health issues. The employee will identify enjoyable and meaningful activities in the community and engage clients through youth-friendly, culturally appropriate recreation. The employee will teach and reinforce social, daily-living, and community functioning, with a focus on behavioral health needs. Required qualifications: High School DiplomaDriver's LicenseReliable TransportationEnjoys working with youth Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related fieldExperience working with children in a professional settingAbility to engage and connect with youthKnowledge of engaging activities for children and youth in the communityExcellent verbal and written communication skills
